I have been coming here for my Volkswagen service several years, as far back as 2004, when I purchased my 2004 Jetta. Their service is done promptly, and correctly each time. Service desk is courteous, friendly, and most helpful when I need clarification.

Everyone at Gensinger is so nice and helpful. The staff is attentive, they don't treat you like you're a number, but a valued customer. The service was performed in exactly the amount of time estimated and I was on my way in one of the least stressful dealership visits since owning vehicles.
