Our past 3 purchases of a VW at Gensinger went well. Gensinger is conveniently located for me/us and the new car I wanted was in their inventory. The car is beautiful and although I will never use (or even figure out) all the extras, I will always be impressed by them. Also wanted a more economical car from my old Passat. Working with the Gensinger staff has always been polite, professional and efficient.
