My car is great and runs great - I've never had an issue with my car. However, the team that makes the phone calls post-service is very uninformed and it shows. When questions are asked, they consistently need to check to get answers... even the most basic. For example, I was told that for my 50,000 mile check up was fine, and then she realized the battery is leaking acid. When I asked what that means and if I need to get it replaced, she had to check. When she checked, she said it should be fine but to replace it before winter -- it's November. Why not call with information on what this means, what are next steps, and try to schedule an appointment so that it gets resolved? To me, that is ideal service. My paperwork for my inspection does not even have a note about the battery, the condition is marked "good". This happened in my previous visit too with my seat warmer not working. The experience could be a lot better and more efficient if informed people are the communicators.

Military status for military us veterans that are purchasing vehicle is not defined clearly. I was refused a discount being a veteran.
