Was able get an appointment at this dealership a lot quicker then at the dealership we purchased our Atlas. We realized that our SOS feature was in need of service as well as our 10 ,000 mile service. The dealership had the SOS module in stock and replaced it under warranty. The next day my wife went to go to work abd her key fob would not work. Called the dealership service to see if it had anything to do with the SOS getting repaired and they said no, probably the battery. Was not the battery, took the car to Crestmont and they said the fob needed to be reprogrammed due to work that was completed. So I feel the service department should have known better.

Staff is really nice and friendly. My VW ID.4 got into accident and I choose this dealership for body work. I am continuously getting hamper noise while driving car in 'B'. But if I drive car in 'D', no noise. I spoke to the dealership and they asked me to come over for check up. I went there and Mechanic said everything is ok with the car and he doesn't see any issue. So I requested him to go with me on drive and I can demo it. He agreed and he test drove the car. He acknowledge the issue. Then he again took the car in Garage and came back saying there is nothing wrong with the car as he checked everything. I still have that hamper noise coming from the car while I drive in 'B' mode.
