All was good. Then when I mentioned the backup camera goes in and out every day. They said the diagnostics came back ok. Still every day it works once or twice the doesn't..etc....

The service representative gave me a price for the coolant flush. When I picked up the car, the price she gave me did not include the coolant. I felt that was deceitful since new coolant would be required with a coolant flush. I’ll will no longer be coming to Gensinger.

The time it took to change my tire was excessive. There was no one else getting their car serviced. Seemed like they wanted to justify hourly labor charge.
