Humbeto Lapa was a pleasure to work with.  He was extremely patient while I pondered my decision.  He gave us plenty of time and space to think about which car I would be most happy with.  I am happy with my upgrade from the 2005 Jetta to the 2012 Passat.  I will happily recommend this dealership in the future.

I will go back to buy a second car, my price discussion, financing, general treatment was better than Toyota (which I also own).  I won’t go back to Toyota.
